Photographer interview- Brooke Shaden

1. Brooke Shaden 2.  Since high school 3. Conceptual fine art style 4. Picked it up in high school but didn't like it until college. 5. The ability to tell a story. 6. Tries to convey that anyone anywhere can take photos and be inspired. 7. Yes she discusses her failure when she first started photography and how she learned she was better at shooting people instead of inanimate objects. 8. She was not inspired by photographers but mostly painters and film makers. She looked at Gregory Crueson (??) photography- anything cinematic looking she found inspiration from. 9. Not really she just talks about black and white photography. 10. She discusses film and how it helped her tell stories in her photos. 11. She wants to eventually create enough cinematic images to create a film. Also, she loves to inspire people with different unusual stories. 12. Facing Fears

Atychiphobia My fear is failure. More specifically, what will happen if I fail. Failure is not an option for me, I HAVE to succeed. My family and my future count on me and expect certain things of me. Failure would be the end. Just like the nail is the end for the balloon precariously floating above the consequences of failure. The consequences of the balloon "failing" would be it popping. Index card:
